The Ocean Fisker celebrated its European debut at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
Installed in go into production in November and soon after arriving in some European countries, Ocean is an electric crossover, characterized by “beautiful workmanship, ingenious technology, innovation, affordability and sustainability.”
Since we have already seen the model, recall that it is well equipped with LED lighting, panoramic glass roof, electric gate and 20-inch alloy wheels. Buyers will also find a PowerBank system that has an external outlet, as well as car-to-car charging and car-to-home backup power.
Moving to the salon, there is a digital dashboard and a 17.1-inch infotainment system. They are joined by a digital rear-view mirror and a Harman audio system with eight speakers. The model also features a number of standard driver assistance systems, including automatic emergency braking, blind spot monitoring, lane keeping assistance, parking assistance and road sign recognition technology.
Several different configurations will be available, and the initial version of the Ocean Sport has a front-wheel drive electric motor that produces 275 hp. (205 kW / 279 hp). It will be powered by a Touring Range battery that allows the crossover to travel approximately 273 miles (440 km) according to the World Harmonized Light Vehicle Test Procedure.
Up the ladder finishes moving Ocean Ultra, which has a two-wheel drive system with a capacity of 540 hp. (403 kW / 548 hp). This reduces acceleration time from 0-62 mph (100 km / h) to 4.2 seconds, and the Hyper Range battery allows you to increase power reserve by approximately 379 miles (610 km).
One step forward is Ocean Extreme and Ocean One Launch Edition. Both have an upgraded twin-wheel drive system that develops 550 hp. The crossovers with the best range also have a Hyper Range battery, which should give them a range of 391 miles (630 km) in the WLTP cycle.
Prices vary by country, but the ocean starts at £ 34,990 in the UK, € 41,560 in Germany and € 41,900 in France. They climb from there, and taller options offer 22-inch wheels, electric “doggy” windows in the back and solar panels. Buyers can also upgrade to get an ambient lighting system, heated front / rear seats and more advanced driver assistance systems such as congestion assistance, lane centering and automatic parking technology.
