A former head of Conagra, Campbell Soup headed Idahoan Foods

Idaho Falls, Idaho – Dale Clemis has been appointed CEO of Idahoan Foods, LLC since March 7.

A 30-year veteran of the food industry, Mr. Clemis has recently been president of Conagra Brands for frozen and refrigerated products, where he has led the launch or expansion of platforms for new brands such as Gardein and Earth Balance. He was also President of Food and Snack Sales and Senior Vice President of the Gourmet Group.

Prior to Conagra, he spent many years at Campbell Soup Co., where he worked in marketing, sales and innovation in the catering and retail departments.

“During his long career in the food industry, Dale has succeeded in developing existing brands, accelerating innovation and launching new product lines,” said Rich Porter, Chairman of the Idahoan Board. “His experience will serve Idaho well.”
