Bank of America is apologizing after its customers complained about delays in bank transfers through Zelle, the digital payments network. According to our news gathering partner WNCN, the bank promised to complete the transfers as soon as possible and apologized. This comes after several angry customers took to social media to say that Zelle transfers had disappeared from their accounts. So far, Bank of America has not said why Zelle is having problems.
