ROCK HILL, SC – The week-long annual and award-winning Come-See-Festival continues in Rock Hill. This iconic festival began back in the early 60s as a way to showcase beautiful blooms in the Glencarne Gardens and celebrate spring. You may not know that their cute little Glenn Frog mascot was created by local Rock Healy local Vernon Grant, who created Kellogg’s gnomes Snap, Crackle and Pop.
This amazing holiday for Frog Ally has over 60 events scheduled for April 30, including a frog mayors race, movie nights at Fountain Park, food trucks, the Hops at the Park beer festival and entertainment programs at Glencairn Garden. The grand finale next weekend will be the closing of the trunk and fireworks on Lake Winthrop next Saturday night.
