A native of Orlando Derrick “Diesel” Jackson will face his toughest test to date on the talent-packed Entrobox Championship Boxing Undercard on Sunday, August 21 at Caribe Royale in Orlando, Florida.

Jackson is taking a step forward in the competition Damian “El Pollero” Bonelli Buenos Aires, Argentina in a six-round junior middleweight contest. Jackson, 20, is a perfect 8-0 with 4 KOs. A silver medalist at the 2018 US Nationals, Jackson is making his fifth straight fight at Caribe Royale.

With more than four times the professional experience of Jackson, Bonelli is an impressive 24-11 with 20 knockouts. The iron-chinned veteran has only been stopped twice while facing Matej Sulecki, Steve Rawls, Magomed Kurbanov, Carlos Gangora, Fedor Cherkashin and Yamaguchi Falcao, among others.

The card is promoted by Boxlab Promotions in association with American Dream Presents. Tickets starting at $45 are on sale at Doors open at 4:00 p.m., and the first fight starts at 5:00 p.m.

Medium weight Giovanni Estella Orlando risks its 8-0 record against 59 veterans Ramon De La Cruz Sena from Buenos Aires, Argentina, in a six-round bout. Estela is a crowd-pleaser with a huge following, but is expected to have his hands full against an opponent who has fought 13 undefeated bouts in his 14-year pro career.

Crusher in heavy weight Adrienne “Beauty” Piñeiro is looking for his ninth knockout in as many fights when he challenges the grizzled veteran Jose Corral Sonora, Mexico in a six-rounder. A native of Orlando, Poland, Pineiro defeated Javier Gomez Rueda on July 23 in 1 minute, 21 seconds.

2016 USA Olympian Antonio Vargas Kissimmee, Florida, will face off Samuel Gutierrez Coahuila, Mexico, in a six-round lightweight. Vargas, 13-1 (5 KOs), had been out of the ring for 2 1/2 years before his last fight, a fourth-round knockout of Daniel Coronel.

Junior Middleweight Ramiro de Jesus of Orlando challenges the veteran from Roanoke, Virginia Alberto Delgado in four round. On June 4, De Jesus won his professional debut by knockout in 17 seconds.

Rounding out the undercard is a four-rounder between Bucka, an Arizona native Dorian Khan1-0 (1 KO), vs debut David Morgan in the lightweight and junior welterweight contests in Las Vegas, Nevada David Lopez1-0 (1 KO), against an opponent to be named.

Khan and Lopez are promoted by Mayweather Promotions.

Be sure to arrive early to see some of boxing’s future stars on the undercard before the televised triple-header.”

A televised tripleheader featuring Kenneth Sims Jr. vs. Christian Mino for the WBA Continental Junior Welterweight title, Orestes Velazquez vs. Emaliano Garcia and Kevin Hayler Brown-Jose Alfaro live at 7:00 p.m. on Bally Sports Network and the Bally Sports App.
