There’s only one smart place for a drag race, and that’s on a special lane. Doing this in public is stupid, and this video shows why.
This clip was recently summarized Reddit and features a Chrysler 300C drag racing senior oil car. However, instead of warming up to the lane, drivers thought it would be a good idea to ride in the parking lot of what looks like a transportation or distribution facility. The big problem with this plan was that there was a huge ditch at the end of the parking lot.

Both cars leave the track at very equal speeds and are alone throughout the race. However, when the senior oil car driver thought to start braking long before the end of parking, the 300C driver did not do the same. Instead, they kept accelerating, and when they hit the brakes, it was too late.
Although we can’t see well what happens next, we see a 300C spear come off at the end of the parking lot and fall into a ditch. He then bounces up the other side, catapulting into the air and splashing to the ground. Other drivers nearby quickly drove to the scene.
Only one image Chrysler after the accident shared online. This indicates that the front of the sedan was completely destroyed and, in all likelihood, it should not be repaired.
