CHARLOTTE, NC – We learned that former Charlotte City Council member Claire Fallon has died.
Her family posted on Facebook that Fallon died Sunday morning.
She served on the board for six years from 2011 to 2017.
Known for her outspoken nature, Fallon was also a founding member of the Northeastern Coalition Public Group.
Her family writes: “The world has lost a very energetic and beloved woman.”
