Issia Ross | A teenager accused of killing two other teenagers, Devin Clark and Lyric Woods, will appear in court on Tuesday

ORANGE COUNTY, NC (WTVD) – A teenager accused of murder two other teenagers in Orange County will appear in court on Tuesday.

Authorities say Isiah Ross has been killed Lyric Woods and Devin Clark, before fleeing to Delaware. The 17-year-old will be tried as an adult.

In his latest appearance, Ross walked into a courtroom where the families of his alleged victims wore T-shirts calling for justice.

There is no word yet on possible motives.

Last month, Ross’ attorney, Jonathan Trapp, filed motions to foreclose on the bond and to return the property.

We might learn more about their significance when Ross faces the judge on Tuesday afternoon.

“Trialing cases, any case in court takes time, especially murder cases. So I guess I would just say, please be patient. I can’t put a timeline on it. But this case will eventually go to trial, and the evidence that the state has, if the case goes to trial, will come out in court,” said Orange County District Attorney Jeff Nieman.

Today’s hearing is scheduled for three o’clock in the afternoon.
