Jeep has announced the addition of a new shade of beige to the Wrangler lineup called “Gobi”. A color that was previously offered on the Gladiator in 2020 (and has never been on the Wrangler before), this color is expected to return in the 2022 model year.

Named after the Gobi Desert, which covers parts of southern Mongolia and northern China, the color joins a line of special colors such as Tuscadero, a shade of pink so popular that its availability has been expandedThe jeep announced in December.
“We expected Tuscadero to be popular, and the reaction from customers was extremely strong,” Morrison said at the time. “It’s so popular that we’re expanding production for the 2022 model year to meet high customer demand. Customers can place an order until December this year. “
