Koenigsegg had just finished building first Jesko Absolut develop a car that he will go through his steps, start delivering the car to customers.

The Jesko Absolut differs from the Jesko Attack, which was presented at the Geneva Motor Show in 2019, in that it is not so much focused on performance on the track, but more focused on excellent top speeds. Indeed, this is a car that Koenigsegg can use to set a new record for the top speed of a production car that previously stated that the Jesko Absolut has a theoretical top speed of around 330 mph (531 km / h).

Jesko Absolut is a 5.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 that is connected to a nine-speed automatic transmission that drives the rear wheels. The car develops 1600 hp. and 1500 Nm of torque when running on E85 fuel and has a drag coefficient of just 0.278 cd.

Although it is much more slippery than the Jesko Attack, the Absolut still produces great clamping force. In fact, it creates a maximum clamping force of 3,086 pounds (1,400 kg), including 1,764 pounds (800 kg) at 155 mph (250 km / h) and 2,205 pounds (1,000 kg) at 275 km / h.

“Absolute feels very natural to drive,” says Koenigsegg test pilot Marcus Lund. “Because of its uninterrupted shift, up or down, things happen much faster. There is no delay, he is very responsive and behaves exactly as you would like.

“We spent thousands of hours calculating CFDs. We made this car not only in terms of aerodynamic and design point of view, but also in terms of stability at high speed. As a result, Jesko Absolut has a phenomenally low resistance – only 0.278 cd, “added Christian von Koenigseg. “The name Absolut comes from the fact that it’s the fastest Koenigsegg we’ll ever make.”

The Jesko The car for the development of Absolut is made of gray graphite and comes complete with many carbon fiber parts and orange Tang stripes.
