Las Vegas Hookah Shootout: 14 Shot, 1 Killed in Party Shooting

LAS VEGAS – Fourteen people were shot dead in a hookah on Saturday morning, and police said one person was killed and two injured.

The shooting took place around 3:15 a.m., and according to preliminary information, a party took place during which two people quarreled and shot several people, said police captain Dora Koren.

Koren told reporters that there were no arrests and no descriptions of the suspects.

Police contacted the company after several 911 calls, Root said.

Officers guarded the scene and provided assistance, including the imposition of a tourniquet and the introduction of CPR, Koren said.
