Lenovo may show off its Legion Y90 gaming phone this month

Lenovo is rumored to unveil its Legion Y90 gaming phone at this month’s event. And with only a few weeks left in February, the discovery of the Legion Y90, if it happens this month, should happen soon.

Although Lenovo has not yet made an official announcement, it seems to have teased the event in February. The event is said to focus on the future phone. And an image posted from a Lenovo account on a Chinese social networking site Weibo seems to support this.

A teaser post was spotted SeekDevice, which notes that the event will take place on February 28 at 19:00 local time in China. This will kick off the event at 3am PST on February 27 here on the West Coast.

Based on time, it is clear that Lenovo has something to show it on February 28th. And even though the company doesn’t refer directly to the gaming phone, the included image points to the Legion ‘Y’ product. There are already rumors about the Legion Y90. So it’s no surprise to see that this is the most anticipated device that appears at this event.

In addition to the Legion Y90, Lenovo is also suspected of introducing the Legion Y700 gaming tablet. Tablet device with 8.8-inch display with 2.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Also, rumor has it it has a Snapdragon 870 mobile processor. As well as a fairly large battery that can keep gamers in the game for over 6 hours or more.

Lenovo also has Legion Phone 3 in works. Recently leaked renderings demonstrate what the device looks like. Not sure Lenovo will also show this phone at the event. But that would make sense, given that all three of these devices are designed (originally) for the Chinese market.

Lenovo has only a few weeks left before the big event. So the company can share more teasers in the coming days. This also means that more information about the device should soon appear, including specifications, availability and prices.
