According to the report, the electric hybrid Li ONE with connected disconnection produces 236.1 g of carbon dioxide per kilometer, which is up to 35,415 kg of emissions over the entire life cycle. To further achieve the goal of carbon neutrality, the automaker plans to release models of high-voltage purely electric vehicles starting in 2023.
The new product is a testament to innovation. In 2021, Li Auto has invested 3.29 billion yuan ($ 514.13 million) in research and development of a new generation range expansion system, high-voltage battery-electric platform, full ADAS stack and intelligent cab solutions.
Last December, Li Auto successfully completed the OTA3.0 update for its Li ONE users. The update includes a full stack of self-developed NOA and AEB features, providing users with a more secure on-board experience. Thus, Li Auto has officially become the third automotive brand to have a full set of NOA R&D capabilities worldwide.
By the end of the year, 1,171 Li Auto patents had been approved and 494 trademarks approved.
