We had three to six inches of rain in July, depending on the farm, making for a good crop.

The beans are in full bloom and there is about a week until they are sprayed with fungicide. About 10 days ago the beans looked normal, but with this rain and heat they have really grown and are looking great now.

The corn is just starting to set well and over the next seven to ten days we will be applying fungicides to control foliar disease and to control and prevent spot. Our corn is high in nitrogen and not stressed because we have been blessed with conditions that are not too dry or too wet.
