Thursday begins cool with temperatures up to 40s with mostly clear skies.
The wind is light and will persist throughout the day, mostly from the north at 5 to 10 miles per hour.
The high pressure will persist until Thursday, giving place to mostly sunny skies and highs with warming until the mid-70s. Thursday will be very similar to Wednesday with warm and dry conditions.
The minimum figures for the night will drop to 50 degrees tonight and Friday morning, and by the mid-70s will return to the end of the work week. Cloudiness will increase late, intermittent rains.
As the low-pressure system moves to the Great Lakes, the warm front will push north to Carolina and deliver light rains and storms to Carolina on Saturday.

After that, on Sunday, the cold front, which will pass, will bring another downpour and storms.
