What gives? 183 mile 2023 Corvette Stingray for sale used

If you want to collect the keys from a 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray convertible, you’ll have to place an order and wait months for delivery. Alternatively, you can get the 2023 Vette, although it costs quite a bit more.

This particular Corvette Stingray was listed for sale Gordon Motor Cars in Fraser, Pennsylvania. Production of the 2023 model year Corvette didn’t begin until May 23rd, so it’s quite a surprise to see the Corvette up for sale so soon after its first owner took delivery.

The dealership’s website lists the car for sale with an asking price of $118,900 and claims it has 300 miles (482 km) on the clock. It is interesting that the same car can be purchased on the Internet auction at the address IAAI where it is listed as 183 miles (294 km) under its belt.

It’s unclear just why the car is looking for a new home, but we suspect the original owner is either looking to flip it for a profit, or they may have had the car repossessed after they failed to pay off their financing. In any case, the IAAI listing notes that the Corvette Convertible has no damage.

How much C8 generation Corvette models go, this one isn’t particularly eye-catching. It’s painted a simple shade of arctic white and sits on standard silver wheels. It also rocks the optional Z51 Performance Package.

Several published pictures of the car’s interior show large areas covered in white leather, including the seats, transmission tunnel and parts of the door panels. The remaining surfaces are upholstered in black leather.
